Costs and Scholarships

A place at the Junior Academy is gained by audition and is in the form of a scholarship valued at $4,000 per annum. These scholarships subsidise fees to be paid by parents and caregivers and for 2011 are $1,552.30.

Programme Costs

Full programme cost per student per year: $ 5,552.30
Barrie Pettman scholarship per student per year: $ 4,000.00
Total cost per student per year: $ 1,552.50 (GST incl)

Fees are payable by the semester - $776.25 (GST incl)

Refund (as per the university policy)

  • Prior to the course commencing full fees will be refunded except for an administration fee of $100 which will be charged for students who withdraw prior to commencing a programme.
  • The only application for a refund of fees which will be considered will be those arising from medical or exceptional circumstances (not of the student’s making).
