Background
Nelson born, Tom initially studied classical organ and composition at Canterbury University. As an instrumentalist on both piano/keyboards and electric/ upright bass, he has gained experience in many different situations and ensembles, backing various local and visiting artists. He has considerable experience in the commercial /studio field, being involved in playing, arranging, production, engineering, mixing and sequencing on many albums, jingles and television programmes.
